unchecked, stress can be the cause of ‘ dis-ease’
(dis-comfort) in the body and eventually may lead to illness.
For many, the body and mind have been in such a heightened state of
tension for so long, that relaxation becomes very difficult. Letting go of
pain and tension, and retaking authority over our own lives, can lead each
of us to a much deeper and richer appreciation of life.
