Hypnosis is a very powerful tool

About the sessions:
The first hypnosis session is
approximately two hours in length.
We will identify the life issues
that you are currently facing and
create a plan for you to begin the
process of healing and change

Your follow up sessions are recommended to
reinforce the changes that you want to make,
you should schedule those appointments the
day of your first session. The number
of sessions will vary for everyone.
Motivation is a key factor in the success of
your goals. If you do nothing, then
'nothing' is the result that you will
continue to live with.
